Montana Troutfitters: May 12 Upper Madison River Report Fishing Report:
As an FYI, the Upper Madison is closed from Quake Lake to McAtee Bridge and then from Ennis Bridge to Ennis Lake, so don't go fishing those areas this spring! Also, the Valley Garden access just re-opened today.

Montana Troutfitters: May 12 Lower Madison River Report The river is a little off color with about a foot or less of visibility, and will keep getting worse with the warmer weather rolling in the next couple of days. We have been getting mixed reports about the fishing.

Montana Troutfitters: May 12 Gallatin River Report The Gallatin is a little off color right now, and will be fishable for a day or so, so hurry up and get out there. Once the Taylor's Fork goes, the river will be blown until after runoff.
