Montana Angler: May 16 Ruby River Fishing Report
The Ruby is at nice May option below the dam. Flows have been rising fast, but look like they have tapered off at 450 cfs which is a lot of water but should still
be decent if you know how to fish it. The next big water bump will make it too ornry to manage again until July.
