Spring may finally be here in southwest Montana. Big Hole fishing has been great, despite some flow fluctuations. However, upcoming warmer
weather may send us into our initial runoff season. Skwallas, march browns, baetis, and streamers have all been great.
Nymphs:
Red Copper Johns, bubbleback emergers, SJ Worm, Superflash Pheasant Tail, Olive and Brown Pat's Rubberlegs, Jacklin's March Brown Nymph
Streamers:
Sex Dungeon, Belly Dancer, Skiddish Smolt, Space Invader, Flesh Eating Sculpin, 2 Week Bender
Dries:
Bullethead Skwalla, March Brown, Purple Haze, Chubby Chernobyl

Fishing below Pipe Organ has been steady for mostly smaller sized fish. Caddis are starting to appear, but nymphing and streamers have been
the most productive.
Nymphs:
Small Pheasant Tails, SJ Worms, Zebra Midges, Micro Mayflies, BWO Soft Hackles
Streamers:
Sculpzilla, Shiner Minnow, Witch Doctor, Copper Zonker
Dries:
Mother's Day Caddis, BWO's
Time to get out the streamer box and chase the big boys! Skwallas are out as well, and the fish have keyed on them.

Jimmy Legs, SJ Worms, Lightning Bugs
Streamers:
Anything big!!!
